West Twickenham Team

Your West Twickenham Conservative Team is (from left to right) Paul Nacmanson, Cllr Jane Boulton and  Sheba Sogol,

Jane Boulton - is proud to represent this ward and is delighted to be joined by local resident Paul Nacmanson and Sheba Sogol for the council elections on May 3 next year. Jane is a lifelong Twickenham resident and has run a local business. She is aware of the challenges facing local shops, their importance and the need to safeguard them for the community. Together with Paul, she has successfully overturned a planning application for a chain supermarket in the Hospital Bridge Road parade and resolved an illegal parking issue there.

Paul Nacmanson - was born and educated in West London and has lived in Twickenham since 2001. A biomedical scientist, he has spent his career in the NHS supporting healthcare for West London, which has given him a good understanding of local healthcare needs. Alongside Jane, he also attends the ward’s Police Liaison Group and has been actively engaged in the Village Plan consultation and walkabout. Local shopkeepers know him well through his support for their businesses and they keep him in touch with local issues on a regular basis.

Sheba Sogol - lives in Twickenham and her sons attend two of our excellent borough schools. As a qualified football coach, she is passionate about sport, fitness and the general wellbeing of young people. She is aware of the pressures on the young people including their mental health concerns and believes that sport is a great way to motivate and involve them in group activities, so providing them with the support of a social network.
