Cllr Peter Buckwell - has lived in Richmond for nearly twenty years and stood to become a South Richmond Ward Councillor in 2014 following a career in the oil industry. He is currently Cabinet Member for Highways and Street Scene. He represents the Council on the London Councils Transport and Environment (TEC) Committee and The London Road Safety Council. He is a trustee of Richmond Parish Lands and The Richmond Old Burial Ground and a Conservator of Petersham Common.
Peter and his wife, Sally have grown up children, a grandson of four with a new granddaughter expected in June.
Cllr Pamela Fleming - has lived in Richmond for thirty years and been a Councillor for South Richmond since 2006. She is currently Joint Deputy Leader of the Council and Strategic Cabinet member for Environment, Business & Community. She is the Council representative on the West London Waste Authority and sits on the Board of the Richmond Business Improvement District. Pamela runs a small decorative lighting business, has two labradors and takes a keen interest in art, theatre and music.
Cllr Thomas O'Malley - was brought up in Richmond and lives here with his wife and two children. He has been a South Richmond ward councillor since 2010 and has been active representing local residents on planning issues, as well as helping the council deliver cost savings whilst protecting frontline services. Thomas also serves the community as a trustee of the Cambrian Community Centre & of Richmond Theatre, chairman of Petersham Common and on the Museum of Richmond board, as well as being a governor of St.Elizabeth’s primary and another local school. He works in responsible investment in central London, and is a parishioner of St.Elizabeth’s church. Thomas is also treasurer of a charity that has raised more than a million pounds in the past ten years to support schools in rural South Africa.
