Councillor Petra Sale- has been working hard for Hampton council tax payers this year. Our borough sixth forms and high schools including Hampton High, which is under new management, are flourishing. Carlisle Park has gained Green Flag status while new pavements have been installed in Hampton. All of these achievements have been accomplished whilst keeping council tax low.
Tim Rosser - has lived, worked and raised his family in Hampton for over 20 years. “We will fight for sensible parking regulations, improved road safety, coherent village planning and infrastructure decisions and effective council support for our excellent local shops and businesses. We will also fight for improved use of community assets like Linden Hall, the library and our parks and open spaces.”
Jon Slinn - lives and works in Hampton along with his wife and two young daughters, the eldest of which attends Hampton Infants School. Jon works for a local IT firm and is looking forward to supporting local businesses and digital innovation throughout the borough. His passion is helping the next generation succeed in their start-up ambitions whilst protecting our local environment. Jon has an allotment at the Hatherop Road has been Chair of Friends of Carlisle Park and works hard for local charities. “Becoming a councilor seems like a great way to give back to the community whilst learning about new challenges that we can look to solve.”
